US Military issue, ACU DIGITAL CAMO, tactical elbow Pads. The pads are made of high density polyethylene. The fabric is 1000 denier nylon that is coated with 1 oz. polyurethane to give water resistance and durability. The back flaps are made of neoprene with heavy duty Vel-cro straps. Top of the line in tactical elbow protection! Some scuffing and wear will be present but guaranteed no missing or broken straps or buckles!
